Villa Calangute shall not be liable for any failure to comply with these Conditions where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Villa Calangute waives any right available to it under these Conditions on one occasion, this shall not constitute a waiver of that right on any subsequent occasion.
If any provision of these Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
You are responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and other assessments arising from your use of the website or services provided by Villa Calangute.
Rates and Payment
The rates for each villa are published on our website at the time of booking. For bookings made by telephone or other direct communication, the applicable rate will be advised to you at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise agreed or advised by Villa Calangute, payments are due in accordance with the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
Where applicable, payments made by credit card, debit card or net banking may attract an additional booking or payment processing fee of 5%–10%, as advised at the time of payment. Such fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
For walk-in bookings paid in cash, guests may be required to provide valid photo identification, such as a passport, driving licence or other government-issued identification.
Automatic Information Storage
Session variables may be temporarily stored in your system cache to facilitate and improve your experience while using our website and completing transactions.
Such session information is automatically deleted when you leave or log out of the website. Examples include automatically generated alphanumeric identifiers used during your session to facilitate page-to-page transactions.
